Seeingand seeking in the dark woods, the fortune lies within fukuro.



Thepronunciation for owls in Japanese is “Fukuro”,

whichis homophonic to the kanji “不苦勞”, symbolizing the birds of fortune.



TheBunu people, Amis, and Thao people in Taiwan

considerthat owls are the birds of good messages and guardian.



Thistime, we specifically introduce Takuniyaki from Kanazawa,

presentit with our own coating and painting techniques,

andmake it improved and evolve.
