Appolo(Latin: Apollō) is the god of light, literature, and art in Greek Mythology aswell as the god of sun in Roman Mythology.
Hisname in Greek mythology is the same as that of in Roman mythology;
He isthe son of Zeus, the allfather, and Leto, the goddess of the unseen.
“Bard’sWhisper” series take the topic of Renaissance,
takethe ancient marble sculpture ApolloBelvedere as the reference for interlacing,
and addthe representative colors of five elementals to make a re-designed work.
Made inthe era of ancient Rome, the sculpture is now kept in the Vatican.
The sculpturewas made by a Greek sculptor Leochares
during350 to 325 B.C.E by copying the bronze original work.
When hewas copying, he also made the re-patch on the fragmentary right arm and lefthand.
Theearliest bronze sculptures were unearthed during the Renaissance in 15thCentury.
Theneoclassicsist in the mid-18th Century considered it
as thegreatest ancient sculpture and a perfect model.
Apollois also called “Phoebus Apollo” (Φοίβος Απόλλων),
inwhich Phoebus mean “bright” or “shining”.
Apollois the most handsome one among all gods.
Hisatmosphere of happiness, smartness, and sun-like attitude
arecomplimented by many artists in poems and art works.
In thefamous Homeric Hymns (8thCentury B.C.E.),
Apollo was called as the God of Light and King ofSilver Bow.

文芸復興【アポロ。陽炎】
アポロ（アポローン）は、ギリシア神話に登場する男神。詩歌や音楽などの芸能・芸術の神として名高いだけでなく、同時にギリシャ神話中の太陽神であった。
また、著名なホメロスの詩（紀元前8世紀）中においては、光明の神・銀弓の王とも呼ばれた。
今回の作品は文芸復興をテーマとして、
「Apollo Belvedere」の銅像を参考にパーティションの制作、
そして五大元素の代表色を加えて設計したものです。
使用材料
金メッキ黄銅、ブラックジャスパー、ブラックオニキス、黒火山岩
五大元素代表石（ギリシャ古代元素）
（赤メノウー火、イエロータイガーアイー風、ホークスアイー水、レッドタイガーアイー地、翡翠ーエーテル）
